1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between kg998 ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By visiting the website https://kg998.lat, opening an account, or using any of the services, you are agreeing to these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with kg998, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading information will result in immediate account cancellation and the full balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. kg998 is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party access.

3.3 One Person, One Account

Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kg998 accepts only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). We will not be responsible for funds sent through any other channel.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, processing time may increase if identity verification is incomplete or if an unusual transaction is detected.

4.4 Deposit Terms

• Use only a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If a deposit does not appear in the platform after payment, notify the support team with proof of the transaction.
• If any form of money laundering or fraud is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; or a deposit of ৳6,000 gives a ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳50,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn (2,000 × 25 = 50,000).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• After receiving a bonus, winnings from that bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• If a specific expiry period is stated for a bonus offer, it must be used within that time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• kg998 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If unusual betting patterns aimed at exploiting bonus offers are detected, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on kg998 — sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and others — operate under the following general rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Winnings resulting from a software error will be considered void.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the game will generally complete automatically; however, server logs will be considered the final record.
• kg998 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game or service at any time.
• For sports betting, winnings will be added to the balance after official results are published.

6.1 VIP Program

kg998's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. VIP benefit terms are subject to change.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances:

• Participating in fraud, deception, or any illegal activity.
• Using bots, automation software, or any other technological advantage.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

kg998 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• A court order or legal requirement.

You may also request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified balance will be paid out in accordance with the applicable terms prior to account closure.
